Tilli fry or spleen fry is an yet another healthy dish that's made and relished during Bakra Eid celebrations across the City. It should be eaten at least twice a Month. Spleen is a treasure house of all that extra blood needed by our bodies for the Haemoglobin count. This aids in maintaining our blood count and is regarded as the most important source apart from Liver and Spinach. This might not be a wow kind of dish but trust me friends, it is worth trying at least once a Month. Make this for your families and stay healthy.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and cut the Spleen or Tilli into bite-sized pieces. You can reduce the amount of Red chili by all means. Add all the spices according to your preferences.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a pan and add fry a teaspoon of Ginger garlic paste at first. After about half a minute, add the pieces of Spleen to it. Followed by all the spices as mentioned. Saute all on high heat for a minute or so. Now cover and simmer for about 20 more minutes. Add about half a cup of water to avoid it from drying up. After 20 minutes, saute it on a medium-high until thick and semi-dry.
* Step 3
After 20-25 minutes, it is already. Garnish with chopped Coriander Leaves and serve hot with Rice. It tastes just right with it. However, you can eat it with Phulkas or Chapatis too.
