The name refers to something very wholesome and healthy. This seemed to me the most perfect name for this amazingly healthy Poha made for Breakfast for my kids today.
Made with simple pantry staples along with a few awesome Nuts makes this so very special. The bestest of Breakfast ideas for our little kids and children. There can't be anything more better than this.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat Oil in a kadai. Add chopped Onion and Green Chillies along with shredded Ginger. Saute all that well for about 2 minutes. Now add Peanuts. Roast them nicely until crisp and done. Add chopped Tomatoes as well. Cook until they are soft and mushy.
* Step 2
In the meantime, dry roast a few Nuts of your choice like Almonds, Cashewnuts, and Walnuts. Keep them aside until use. You can even fry them in a tablespoon of homemade pure Ghee or Clarified Butter.
* Step 3
Now add washed and well-drained Poha or Flattened Rice. Also, add chopped Coriander Leaves. Mix well. Adjust salt at this stage. Cover and cook for about 3-4 minutes more. Stir in the Nuts too. That's it. It's all ready to be served hot to your loved ones.
* Step 4
Serve this beautiful-looking Power Poha to your loved ones for a healthy breakfast on any day. Enjoy!
