#SC2 #cookpadindia An amazingly quicker and easiest Chaat that can be whipped up for a delightful Iftaar meal this Ramadan. And this is exactly what I have done as well. This is the most popular Indian dish that cannot be undermined when a word like zing is mentioned. It's the most loved one by many foodies across the Country. It's a form of Chaat from the State of Maharashtra. I had kept it simple with the below-mentioned ingredients. You can use anything else of your choice and like in this. These are homemade mini Puri shells that are popularly used in another most loved one- The Pani Puri.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Arrange all the Puris on a serving platter. Make a hole in each for the filling. These Golgappa Puris are absolutely homemade and therefore a big help during Ramadan for me.

* Step 2

Fill with boiled Potatoes, beaten Curd, and Chutneys. Sprinkle Sev along with Chat Masala.

* Step 3

Garnish with finely chopped Coriander Leaves. That's all. Serve immediately.
