An innovative twist to the use of Shami Kababs by me. I have used them in the Spring Rolls that are baked to perfection. These Spring Rolls with Veg and Non-Veg filling are not only a treat to your tastebuds but also a treat to your eyes. Easy to make and tastes perfect. Absolutely fit for Snacking and even Brunching. Nothing like a few special Spring Rolls at tea-time. It's a lovely combination. And these are baked to perfection and are therefore healthy and absolutely delicious as well. They just melt in mouth. You will definitely love it's awesome texture. Relish them with your loved ones and friends alike on any given day. Indulge!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
To begin with, shallow fry a few Shami Kababs. After done, cut into bite sized pieces. Set aside until use. In the meantime, saute Garlic Mince in a tablespoon of Oil. Now add chopped Cabbage and saute it well by stirring it occasionally until the raw smell disappears. It takes about 5 minutes.
* Step 2
Add your spices now one by one and stir fry them. Cover and cook until 5 to 7 more minutes. Since iam using Shami Kababs in this filling, I added minimal spices. Garnish with chopped Coriander Leaves and let it cool. You can add any of your favourite Veggies too if desired. Also add in the shallow fried Shami Kababs to it.
* Step 3
Take two tablespoons of this filling and make the Spring Rolls. Seal the edges using Flour paste. (Mix 1 tablespoon of the Flour in equal quantity of water to make a thick paste and apply on the edges to seal them)
* Step 4
Arrange them on a butter paper lined baking tray and bake on 200° for about 35-40 minutes or as required. Brush them with a little Oil or Butter for crisp and crunchy Spring Rolls. Yum!
* Step 5
Serve them piping hot with Ketchup or any other dip of your choice. Enjoy! Yum!
