Garlic Pull Apart Bread

A yummy variation to the innumerable spread of Breads we all come along. This is Garlic Pull apart Bread with lots of Cheese.
Everything is added to the dough itself and then baked to perfection.
Not only is it easy, it's done absolutely right at home in an oven.
Hassle free and quick. The only thing required is a good brand of Yeast and it should be a fresh one and not stale or expired.
The rest of the process becomes smooth. Nothing much complicated at all.
Cheese can be any one or a combination of different varieties. I have used Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese Blend here in this.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
For the dough, you need to first soak the Yeast in warm Milk along with Sugar and let it activate. Add this frothy mix to the Flour and Salt. Throw in some Olive Oil and make a smooth dough out of it.
* Step 2
Also add Parsley, Oregano and Red chilli flakes as well. Knead a smooth and pliable dough out of it.
* Step 3
Cover it and let it rest for almost 2 hours in a warm place in your kitchen. If it's cold in your place, plug in your oven and preheat for almost 5 minutes and switch it off, then keep this in the oven.
* Step 4
Now after the stipulated time, take it out onto the working surface. Punch it down to release the air bubbles. Divide the dough into two equal portions. Make a thick round disc of almost 2" thickness. Arrange it in a Butter paper lined baking tray. Give this parallel and horizontal deep cuts. Stuff those with the Mozzarella Cheese generously. Follow the same for the second portion too.
* Step 5
Brush on top with the remaining Garlic Butter mix. Keep them covered and neatly arranged for a second proofing for about 25-30 minutes in all. Just prior to nearing the time, say about 10 minutes before or so, preheat your oven on 200°.
* Step 6
Bake these for about 20-25 minutes. That's it. All done and set for a party. Add more of the Cheese on top after done for a Cheesylicious Bread. Pop it back in the oven just for about 2-3 minutes just until the Cheese melts.
* Step 7
Enjoy! Yum! It tastes awesome on it's own. Nevertheless you can serve it alongside a good bowl of Soup.
