Besan Filling for Kachoris

A basic filling used in Kachoris all over India by the foodies.
Not only is it easy, it's quite yummy too. This is used in flaky and crisp Kachoris for a yummy snack enjoyed at Tea-time.
This is one of the many different fillings used in them. This one as such is lovely looking and flavourful as well. Aromatic and full of rustic flavours from the spices used in it.
It's a perfect accompaniment at Tea-time.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat Oil, add Cumin, Coriander, Fennel seeds and Asafoetida followed by Gram Flour or Besan.
* Step 2
Roast until it gives a nice aroma on a low flame. It changes colour and smells awesome once it's done. Now add the rest of the spices and saute all of that as well for about a few minutes too. Green Chillies finely chopped also can be used to make it more spicy.
* Step 3
Make small puris and fill them up. Make a small ball like shape and either roll up again into a little wider circle or press down with the hand and seal them up nicely. Deep fry in hot Oil on a low to medium high heat.
