#cookpadindia Sumptuous! Scrumptious! Delectable! All these and more make these yummy goodies the first choice among everyone. Not only this, these are made with Whole Wheat Flour or Sharbati Gehun Aata and a little of All-purpose Flour or Maida. The stuffing is of Potatoes and Green Peas. These make for an excellent choice at Tea-time. Homemade and fresh, these are crisp and crunchy to the last bite. That's not all, they are made with much love and care for my lovely family.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Knead a smooth dough using all the ingredients listed under it. Cover and keep aside for 15 minutes. Use water as required. Add Mashed Potatoes to a pot along with all the spices followed by the chopped Onions, boiled Green Peas, and mix. Adjust salt accordingly.

* Step 2

Garnish with chopped Coriander Leaves and set aside. Divide the dough into equal-sized balls. Roll a disc and cut it into two from the center. Make a triangular pocket and fill it up with the Potato and Green Peas stuffing and seal the edges properly.

* Step 3

Deep fry them in hot oil on medium-high heat until golden and crisp. Serve with Green Chutney at tea-time.
