Amazing one by me with two lovelyingredients. Extremely delicious and out of this world Dessert both in terms of taste and appearance. Actually this can be done by Dessicated Coconut powder very easily as it's a dry one. But making it with Fresh Coconut is a big hassle. This is what I thought at first but dry roasting it well makes it devoid of all the moisture. And you are on your way to sit back and enjoy these lipsmacking and melt in mouth Fudge with your family and friends.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Dry roast Coconut until a nice aroma fills your kitchen. Keep it aside. In the same pan, roast Gram Flour or Besan too for 10-12 minutes in all. Don't forget to do that in Ghee. After done, it's time to mix all.
* Step 2
Add roasted Coconut and the Condensed Milk now along with the other ingredients as well to the roastedGram Flour. As soon as the Ghee melts, the mix starts leaving the sides of the pan. Keep stirring and mix well.
* Step 3
Take it off the heat and pour it in a greased dish. Refrigerate it for about 30 minutes or little more. Cut into desired shapes and enjoy.
