#cc2022 #week4 #cookpadindia A very famous awesomest deep fried snack of Hyderabad. Every Hydi loves it and knows it. As a child I have many sweet memories associated with it and now I want the same for my kids too. Semolina is optional here. It's absolutely your choice. But for amazing Khajoor, it is important. You need not skip it. The restaurants here also add it for a lovely texture. These are also made just with the plain Flour as well. They tend to be a little soft. But the traditional one's made with Semolina are a bit on the harder side. They are not totally soft. But these are absolutely awesome. Crunchy and perfect to go with the evening Tea or Shaam ki Chai.

35-40 minutes
1 cup

Milk

3 tbsp

Ghee

as needed

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Make a smooth dough out of all the ingredients. Add water if required.

* Step 2

Let the dough rest for 20 minutes. It's mandatory. It's also important for good results.

* Step 3

Divide the dough as desired and roll it into 2" thick roti and cut into diamond shapes. Deep fry on a medium flame only. It is important. It needs to be fried very well.

Enjoy them hot or after cooling them down a bit. Store them in airtight containers afterwards and relish for a Month or more. Enjoy!
