Whole Wheat and Pomegranate Pancakes

An amazingly beautiful idea by me incorporating Pomegranate Kernels in these equally beautiful looking Pancakes. Not only that, I have made them with Aata or Wheat Flour.
Now that's what I call a lovely Pancake with wholesome goodness of healthy Wheat Flour and Pomegranate in it.
This will be an added attraction on a Breakfast table for your little children. My children thoroughly enjoyed them and have wrapped up their Breakfast way too sooner than expected. Just because it was their favourite.
Kids love Pancakes and therefore they needn't be always with Maida, they can be made with Wheat Flour as well. And they are absolutely delicious. Fluffy and spongy too. The only thing is that it might take a little bit of your time to cook than those with Maida or Plain Flour.
But I must add that it's all the worth in the end. Healthy and awesome.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Beat Egg whites until stiff peaks are formed. Keep it aside. The egg whites should be whipped up until stiff peaks are seen. This is essential for this recipe. Use an electric beater for this. It makes the Pancakes spongy.
* Step 2
Mix in the rest of the ingredients to a smooth and a thick batter. Fold this batter in the Egg whites very gently until the white streaks are invisible. Mix it with light hands and get ready for making Pancakes straight away.
* Step 3
Heat a teaspoon of Butter and pour a ladleful of the batter. Cover and cook on both the sides on a low heat. Be patient about that.
* Step 4
Follow the same for all. Serve these fluffy Pancakes with dollops of fresh cream, seasonal fruits, jam, honey or maple syrup. The choice is endless.
