Grilled Garlic Bread

#toc1 #cookpadindia An innovative touch by me to the ever famous Appetizer. Garlic Bread is loved by people of all ages. And when it's topped with Cheese, then it's a perfect accompaniment to any and everything under the Sun. It is a crowd pleaser. It's perfect for Brunch, for Snacking, for Dinner and even for any small party or a get together at home. It's easy to whip up anytime with our good old Sliced Bread. Infact you can use any Bread that's available at home. Children's party will never be complete without these crispy goodies. It's quite easy too. If you are short of Butter, use Olive Oil or Ghee. It's your choice and trust me friends, I always do that for my Children.

25-30 minutes

1/2 tsp

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut the French Baguette into 1 inch thick slices keeping it a bit slanting. Mix all the ingredients to make Garlic Butter Spread. Spread this evenly on each slice. Place on a heated Griller Pan with the other side down which has no spread. Grease the pan nicely with some Oil or Butter to facilitate cooking. Allow these to cook for a minute or two on a low heat. Flip and cook on the other side now that has the Garlic spread on it. Do this in batches of 2 or 3 or as required.

* Step 2

Always do it on a low heat. And do keep a vigil on these. Use any Bread of your choice. Though French Baguette is the best, it's not handy always. So not to worry about that, use any good Bread available easily at your place. Enjoy!

* Step 3

Serve them piping hot with any sauce of your liking. Crispy and flaky Grilled Garlic Bread done in the comfort of your homes. Enjoy!
