As the name suggests, it's a lovely deep fried Tilapia Fish whole one's with Pepper. Not only is it healthy, it is definitely an easy one too.
Pepper is used instead of the usual Red Chilli powder in this and it's yummy.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Marinate fish with all the ingredients listed above. It is always better to marinate it overnight for the best results. Keep it refrigerated until use the next day. Or can freeze it as well. In that case, take it out two to three hours before frying the next day.
* Step 2
Deep fry in hot oil on low to medium-high heat until crisp and golden. This Fish gets done very quickly. That's it. As simple as that.
* Step 3
Serve it hot right away for the main meals. Yum! Enjoy! Happy Mealtimes!
