Hyderabadi Shomlette or Meetha Anda

#mychildhoodrecipe #spiceweek4 #cookpadindia The name can be a bit new to many but it's nothing but a simple Omelette but with Sugar. Hence the name is given as such. Isn't it beautiful? This is an absolutely easy peasy Breakfast dish that is most loved in my city. This particular one is my mom's recipe in which she adds Fennel powder to the beaten Eggs. Addition of Fennel gives it a lovely aroma as well as a distinct flavour too.

Ingredient

2 servings

Cooking time :

5-6 minutes
2-3 tbsp

Sugar

1 tbsp

Ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Whisk up the Eggs with all the ingredients mentioned except the last one.

* Step 2

Heat a pan with Ghee. Add the Egg mix to it. Cook well on both the sides with a lid on. It hardly takes much of your time. Gets done so quickly without much hassles.

Serve it piping hot immediately. Enjoy!
