Fennel Rotis

Made so very easily and quickly, it's also a treat in every way at special Dinners on some special occasions. I have served these flavourful and aromatic Rotis alongside Hyderabadi Marag this time.

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

30 minutes
1 tsp

Salt

1 tbsp

Ghee

as required

Water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Make a smooth dough out of all the ingredients listed above using water as required. Also add a tablespoon of Ghee to the dough for delicious and fluffy Rotis.

Cover and rest for about 15 minutes. Later divide the dough into equal sized balls. Roll into a round or a circular disc using some dry Flour if required while rolling.

* Step 3

Preheat a tawa or a skillet on a low heat. Roast these Fennel Rotis one by one using a little Ghee or Oil as desired. Roast them well on both the sides until done. Stack them up in a casserole to keep them soft and warm as well.

Serve them alongside any Gravy or Curry of your choice. I served it with famous Hyderabadi Marag dish. Enjoy! Yum!
