Fried Potato Peels

Potato peel has many beneficial B vitamins, Vitamin C, Iron, Calcium, Potassium and others. It has a lot of fiber content and hence a super duper food for the kids. So the next time you peel Potatoes, do not throw away the skin. Put it to use wisely and feed your families healthy and good food.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash these peels thoroughly and keep them immersed in water for sometime until free of sand particles and dirt.
* Step 2
Meanwhile heat enough Oil for deep frying. Drain the peels well and start frying in batches of two or three. They do not take a long time to fry, so keep a watchful eye on them.
* Step 3
Drain well on an absorbent paper. Sprinkle salt, chilli powder, mango powder and the chat masala on them. Toss until well coated.
* Step 4
Serve these crispies immediately as an after school snack or even an evening munchie at tea-time. Yum!
