Mutton Fried Rice

#boxweek12 An excellent option for the mealtimes. Fried Rice is as such a wonderful idea when there is some leftover Rice and a few Vegetables at home. But to add a little more zing to it and to deviate a little from the routine, Mutton Fried Rice is the best thing for me and my family. And it's not at all complicated. It can be made with both Bone-in and Boneless Lamb meat or Mutton.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat Oil in a kadai. Saute Garlic at first followed by the rest of the ingredients as mentioned. Stir fry all of that on a low heat until ready.

* Step 2

Meanwhile Pressure cook Lamb meat with Salt and Ginger garlic paste as mentioned using water as required for 7-8 whistles or accordingly. Open the cooker once the pressure settles down and if there is lot of water, allow it to dry first or else it can be directly added to the kadai.

* Step 3

Followed by the cooked Rice. Give it all a light mix. Adjust Salt if required. Garnish as desired. Serve it piping hot alongside any Gravy of your family's choice. Yum!
