Charcoal Grilled Tandoori Chicken

#cookpadindia What better way to celebrate something so very special than a terrace barbecue party? This is exactly what we all did for a Dinner last night. Mouthwatering and irresistible spread with loads of love added. In this particular one, I have added Tandoori Masala in the marination. Juicy and succulent Chicken just melts in your mouth. It's an excellent option for weekends and special Dinner with some special guests. It's easily done on the terrace or the backyard. Infact it's a common sight in many a households in my City during these difficult times and the Pandemic.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Marinate Chicken with all the ingredients listed under it and keep refrigerated overnight. Oil along with Butter or Ghee should also be used in the marination as mentioned. Olive oil is the best. But you can use any other light flavoured one. I have used Canola Oil here.

* Step 2

Heating the charcoal for barbecue is the first step. After this it becomes so much easier. While barbecuing, use extra oil if you wish. It makes the chicken more juicy and succulent.

Enjoy this straight from the grill to the plate directly along with barbecued veggies of your choice. You can increase or decrease the masalas as per your family's liking. Serve these tempting barbecue Chicken breasts and Chicken tangdis to your family with any Salad of your choice.
