Chicken Popcorn

Whether it be adults or children, you will have them all swooning over these gorgeous and ready-in-a-minute chicken poppies. Serve them with Ketchup and you are basically ready to party. And taking fresh Chicken Mince is always a good idea. Even boneless meat can be used but then the whole process of making them at home will not be as smooth. It's always preferable to use Mince. And the spices can be according to one's own choice. I added my own as loved by my family. You can also do the same. And a good marination is always a secret to many a delightful dishes. So is the case with this one. Overnight marination is a key to these lovely looking scrumptious Chicken Popcorn. You will definitely love the texture of it as well as the taste. Ingredient

4-5 servings

25-30 minutes

Hung Curd

1 tsp

Salt

1/2 tsp

Garam Masala

1/2 cup

Cornflour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Marinate Chicken Mince with all the ingredients mentioned for at least 2 hours. This step is a must. Or better still overnight in a refrigerator.

* Step 2

Shape the marinated Chicken Mince into mini balls and coat them with Cornflour and Bread crumbs mixture nicely. Keep them again in a freezer for about 5-8 minutes or until the Oil gets heated up for frying. Heat Oil on a low. This way you will not burn the Popcorn. After adding them to the Kadai for frying, you can increase the heat to a medium high.

Deep fry fill golden and crisp on a medium high heat until done with all. Serve these yummy Poppies alongside Ketchup. Enjoy!
