Cucumbers along with Mint Leaves makes this drink an excellent one for the scorching heat and the dry weather. It is one of the most refreshing cooler. Sugar is added to give it a little sweeter punch. You can add Honey or Brown Sugar if desired. That's it. A lovely Coolant drink that is loved by many. With all the goodness of Cucumbers and Mint, this one for sure is a winner all the way

Ingredient

10-15 minutes
3-4 cups

water

2-3 tbsp

Sugar

1/4 tsp

Black Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel and chop Cucumbers into very small cubes. Add them to a blender jar along with Black Pepper powder, Salt, Sugar and Mint Leaves.

* Step 2

Blitz until done. Now pour this puree in a strainer. Press it with the help of the back of a spoon to get the liquid. The solid part can be discarded. Add Lemon juice and water to the liquid or the juice that's obtained. Mix well and pour this in two serving glasses. Add Ice-cubes as required. That's it. Simple and easy Cucumber Cooler is all ready to be served.
