Mutton Sweet Corn Soup

An innovative twist by me to the normal Chicken Corn Soup. I have added Mutton Bone-in to this beautiful Soup for a lovely change. The end result is just awesome. The entire recipe remains exactly the same. Isn't it wonderful? The colour also looks pretty with a light brown tinge. Nevertheless it's an amazing try. This was a good idea and was well received by both my family and friends. The Meat was tender and juicy and I had kept all the bones intact in the Soup along with the meat for an awesome flavour. There is no need of shredding it. Make sure that the pieces are small. That's it. It's all said and done. Let's get down to the recipe straight away.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Saute Garlic and Onions in Butter for a minute or two. Add Sweet Corn Kernels along with the Maggi Seasoning cube. Also add Mutton Bone-in too.
* Step 2
Saute them all for a minute or two before adding water. Bring it to a rolling boil on a high heat. As it starts boiling vigorously, add in Soy Sauce, Vinegar and Black Pepper Powder. Adjust Salt according to taste.
* Step 3
And after about 25 minutes of simmering, add in some Cornflour slurry. Mix well keep stirring it until it thickens. Also add Coriander or Parsley chopped as desired. Serve it piping hot with Garlic Bread alongside. Enjoy!
