Spicy Mudfish Fillets Fry

#cookpadindia I have used Murrel or Mudfish Fillets fresh one's for this amazing recipe. And just about to tickle our taste buds a little, I have kept it a bit spicy by using Kashmiri Red Chilli powder for the colour as well as the hotness. It's a yummy treat for the whole family. You can reduce it if giving it to the children. Otherwise it's absolutely perfect for the older people. And if desired, you can roll them in dry Aata or simple Wheat Flour to coat them and fry as usual. This way it will be okay for people who don't like spicy one. That's it. You can enjoy this with any Curry alongside. I usually serve it with our favourite Hyderabadi Khatti Dal and simple boiled Rice. Happy Frying with Zee!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and drain the fillets thoroughly. Marinate with all the ingredients mentioned and set aside for a good 2-3 hours.

Deep fry them in hot Oil on a high heat until crisp and done. If desired, you can roll them in dry Wheat Flour too. Add a bit of Salt to the Flour and mix.

Fry in batches and do not over crowd the kadai. Serve them piping hot and relish it's amazing taste and texture.
