Baked Mixed Flours Veg Pizza

#GA4 #week14 In this version, I have used both Wheat Flour and All-purpose Flour or Maida for making this beautiful looking healthy Pizza with Vegetables. Plus it's home baked too. Isn't that lovely? And in this one, I have used Yeast about a teaspoon of it. That's it. Also I had kept it a thin crust one to enjoy it crisp. And as can be seen, I have used my favourite Veggies. Even though Yeast is used in this one, it has been done in about 25 minutes only. By the time the oven was preheated, I went about getting everything ready. And I had baked the base for nearly 15-18 minutes before proceeding with the rest of the preparations. It's upto you. I wanted a crisp base, so I chose to bake it. So that's it about the whole process.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

To the lukewarm Milk, add in Sugar and Yeast. Give it a light stir and allow it to prove. Keep it covered.

* Step 2

Add both the Flours to a bowl. Add in a pinch of Salt. Add the frothy Yeast mix to it along with a teaspoon of Olive Oil. Knead into a smooth dough. Add little more of warm water if required. Cover it and keep aside for 20-25 minutes.

* Step 3

Meanwhile get all the ingredients ready. Preheat oven on 180° and set the timer for about 35-40 minutes. On a Pizza tray, spread the dough to a thin crust working with your hands. Bake this in the preheated oven for about 15-18 minutes.

* Step 4

After done, spread Pizza sauce evenly all over it. Top with the Veggies and the Cheese. Sprinkle some Oregano, Italian Seasoning and Pizza Flakes. Bake again just until the Cheese melts. Slice and serve immediately. Yum!
