Sonth or Sun Dried Ginger

The tea or decoction made out of it is absolutely helpful in keeping Cold and Flu at bay. This Dried Ginger can be very easily made at home by drying it under the Sunlight. It's practically so much more better than a store bought one. You can do it yourselves and can also be assured of any adulteration also. It's always better to do it if you can and if you have all the facilities, then why not? You will be assured about the quality also. And this one is very much easy. You just need to chop it up and dry under the Sun. Nothing else is needed. And after it's perfectly done, bottle it up for storing. It can be used throughout the Year. * Step 1

Wash and clean Ginger thoroughly. Chop into pieces. Spread on a plate and dry in the Sun for about 3 days.

The pieces will be all dried up nicely. These can be stored in airtight containers or glass bottles for future use. You can use it accordingly. That's it. As simple as that.
