Chocolate Ganache

#cookpadindia This is also a pretty much simpler version of Ganache made at home either with Semi sweet Chocolate, Dark Chocolate or even Chocolate Chips. We can even make White Chocolate Ganache using White Chocolate bar or White Chocolate chips. Or we can even combine both Chocolates and make Ganache just as I do many a times. Whatever might be the case, you will simply love this gooey and chocolaty wonder on top of your favourite Cakes. And this can be made even without Heavy cream and by melting just Chocolate and adding some Sugar. It's as yummy as the others. Enjoy!

5-6 minutes

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add chopped Chocolate to a microwave safe bowl and microwave it for a minute. To this add heavy cream and sugar.

* Step 2

Mix well and it's all ready to be enjoyed. Spread it on Cakes, Pastries, Tarts etc. This is Infact much easier and much more chocolaty and gooey than Cocoa powder one.

If the Chocolate is semi sweet one, adjust Sugar accordingly.
