An absolute pleasure for Breakfast or Brunch or even for a quick Snacking too that's so very easy to make as well. A few ingredients and a Sandwich Toaster is all that you require for this amazing recipe. The best part is that you can play around with the ingredients used by adding a few Vegetables like Onions, Carrots, Capsicum, Spring Onions etc. And also everyone's favourite Cheese also if desired. The options are endless and so are the Sandwiches too. You can even use Multigrain Bread instead of the regular White one. Enjoy these lipsmacking Instantly done Egg Sandwiches with a generous glass of your favourite Juice alongside to finish it off dear people.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First of all, plug in the Toaster. Keep it covered. Do not keep it open. Whisk Eggs with Salt and Pepper to taste. Add Oil also to it for a lovely fluffy textured fried Eggs.
* Step 2
Meanwhile spread a little bit of Butter on the Bread slices and cook them for a minute or two in the Toaster. When done on one side, flip it over and cook on the other side too. Keep aside until use.
* Step 3
Add an ice-cream scoop full of the Egg mix in the Sandwich Toaster. Let it cook for a minute or two. After done, flip it over and cook for a minute more. That's it. Serve them with toasted Bread for a healthy Breakfast or Brunch. Enjoy!
