This is one more Hyderabadi side dish that is healthy as well as absolutely easy to make. It's same as Hyderabadi Kachha Khatta that I shared recently except for the fact that this has one more additional ingredient which is Sesame Seeds. These are roasted and powdered first before stirring in the raw Tamarind pulp. That's it. This is very simple and a quick recipe. And addition of roasted Sesame Seeds makes it even more delicious and healthy as well. Try this for your families next time you make some Khichdi at home because this is the best accompaniment to it.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak Tamarind in enough water for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile roast some Sesame Seeds on a low heat until light golden. Grind them and keep ready.
* Step 2
Squeeze the pulp from the soaked Tamarind. Add water to it as desired. After done, add in the rest of the ingredients to it. Mix well and that's it. It's all ready to be served with piping hot Khichdi. This is how the Hyderabadis love it. However you can serve it with simple boiled Rice too along with some Sabzi. Enjoy!
