Simple raita that goes well with your favourite pulaos, biryanis or parathas. It can be whipped up with just a few ingredients in a matter of few minutes. Tastes so delicious with the crunch of the onions and the tanginess of the tomatoes and the curd. It is a must have in any party. It surely does add a bit of extra flavour to the meal served with it because no Indian meal is complete without a complimentary raita being accompanied with it. * Step 1
Whisk the Yoghurt well with Salt and Cumin powder added to it. Now add chopped Onions and Tomatoes to it.
* Step 2
Green Chillies can be adjusted accordingly. They can be decreased or increased as per your family's preference. Lastly stir in some chopped Coriander and Mint Leaves. Enjoy!
