Easy Veg Soup

A simple yet a healthy and a perfect treat for your families on any given day. It is a lovely Soup with simple pantry staples. The best thing about it is that you can make it very quickly even if you have less time on hand. And in Rainy Season it's just like a whiff of fresh air. This can be served at Dinner along with some Butter toasted Buns or any other Indian Bread of your choice and liking.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat Butter in a pot and fry Garlic for a few seconds. Now add all the Veggies. Stir fry them on a low heat for about 10 minutes. Add rest of the ingredients.
* Step 2
And also the water. Cook on a low heat for about 10 more minutes. And stir in Cornflour slurry into it. Add it while continuously stirring in order to avoid the formation of lumps. Cook further for about 5 minutes or until it thickens a bit and the desired consistency is achieved. Adjust Salt and pepper. Garnish with chopped Coriander. Serve hot immediately with Bread.
