Beef and kielbasa spicy vegetable stew
I love to throw things I have left over in a pot and make stew. Pretty much any vegetable that’s past it’s prime is fair game. It’s also a great way to use up frozen veggies from last year’s garden!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
On medium heat brown ground beef, kielbasa, onion and raw or cooked potatoes until browned
* Step 2
Put in crockpot. Add all the rest of ingredients. Add water until it’s the soup consistency you like.
* Step 3
Stir well. Cover and leave on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours or until all vegetables are cooked
* Step 4
Alternative: cook in large pot on stove for an hour or until all vegetables are cooked
