* Step 1

Peel the Potatoes and cut them into Fingers or Fries. This is done manually without the use of Chipper. Hence kept a bit thicker. The size may not be perfect too. But it doesn't matter much as long as they are homemade and absolutely clean and fresh.

* Step 2

Deep fry them in hot Oil on a high heat by turning and changing sides. They should be evenly cooked. I have used less starchy Potatoes here, hence the colour is so light. Fry some Curry Leaves too for the final garnishing.

After done, sprinkle Salt and Chat Masala. Relish as a perfect Brunch or even as a lovely Snack at 4 pm with Shaam Ki Chai. Enjoy!
