Almond Elaichi Sharbet/Almond and Green Cardamom Sharbet

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Make sugar syrup of one string consistency with one cup each separately for both.
* Step 2
Make a paste of Almonds and Poppy Seeds. Also in a pot, boil about 1 cup of water with Cardamoms for 5 minutes.
* Step 3
Strain and keep aside to cool. Add this to the sugar syrup once cooled, along with a dash of Lemon juice also if desired. To the other sugar syrup, add the almond paste and boil on a low heat until it thickens a little.
* Step 4
Let it cool down a bit. For the mixing part, just take two tablespoons of Almond Sherbet and half of the Cardamom Sherbet, mix well and serve chilled with Ice cubes as desired. This measurement makes 2 glasses.
