#new #week5of5 What better way to celebrate something so very special than a terrace barbeque party? This is exactly what we all did for a Dinner last night. These beautiful moments captured in my camera will be always close to my heart. In these days of difficulty and the Pandemic, I could take out some time for treating my family and friends along with our poor helpers to a lavish dinner and bringing a smile on their faces. Mouthwatering and irresistible spread with loads of love added. In this particular Barbeque, I have used Country Chicken. It's a juicy and a succulent one with absolutely amazing taste and texture. It gives this whole barbecue a lovely effect with the end results being perfect and appealing. Do try this for your families and guests. You will love it for sure. Happy Barbeque Time Everyone! Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Marinate Chicken with all the ingredients listed under it and keep refrigerated overnight. Oil along with Butter or Ghee should also be used in the marination as mentioned. Olive oil is the best. But you can use any other light flavoured one. I have used Canola Oil here.

* Step 2

Heating the charcoal for barbecue is the first step. After this it becomes so much easier. While Barbeque, use extra oil if you wish. It makes the chicken more juicy and succulent.

* Step 3

Enjoy this straight from the grill to the plate directly along with barbecued veggies of your choice. You can increase or decrease the masalas as per your family's liking. Serve these tempting barbeque chicken breasts and chicken tangdis to your family with any salad of your choice.
