Chicken Mince Vermicelli

#week4of5 #cookpadindia An awesome combo that will be an instant hit at breakfast. Be it on a sunday or any day, it will surely be welcomed by everyone. Here I have used Chicken mince along with some veggies. Melt in mouth and delicious. It is made with loosely available sewaiyan here in Hyderabad city called as Khaare Sewaiyan. They are a bit more thinner than the usual Vermicelli available in the market. You can use any Vermicelli available in the Indian markets. I have used these special thin loosely available Sewaiyan in this recipe because they are easily available in my City. Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan, heat oil and add ginger garlic paste along with chopped onions. Saute until the raw smell fades away. Do it on low heat only. Add spices now with Chicken mince to it. Add half of the chopped Spring Onions too. Reserve the rest for garnishing later.

* Step 2

Cover and cook on a low heat until done. Since it's Chicken, it gets done very soon. Add boiled Green peas too.

* Step 3

In the meantime, bring water to a rolling boil on a high heat for cooking the Vermicelli. Add some salt to it and add in roasted Vermicelli to it. Mix gently and cook until done for about 5-6 minutes. Keep aside. Add water as required. Do not add more of it.

* Step 4

Add boiled Sewaiyan as a final step now. Mix gently and adjust Salt. Garnish with Coriander Leaves and Spring Onions. Serve hot with boiled Eggs or some mashed Potatoes. Enjoy!
