Plum Pistachio Shrikhand

#week3of5 #cookpadindia This is absolutely an excellent alternative to the normal plain Shrikhand. This popular dessert can be made a bit fruity too with the addition of the pulp of your favourite Seasonal fruits. In this version I have used Plums that were ripe and juicy and was made by me two years back and since then it has been my favourite and I try my best to make it in every Season. I have used sweeter ones rather than the tangy ones. The colour says it all. I need not say much about the results as you all can see. This gorgeous looking dessert was equally amazing in taste and with the added crunch of slivered Dry fruits, it has that heavenly touch to it. You can use any Dry fruit of your choice but Pistachio flavour goes very well with this Plum flavoured Shrikhand. Stunning is the word for this. Happy No Cooking with Zeen!
