Aloo Pyaaz Puri

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Keep all ingredients ready
* Step 2
Cut potatoes, onions, garlic, ginger and green chillies
* Step 3
Take chopped veggies in mixie jar and crush. Add some water 2-3tbsp, and crush to a smooth puree.
* Step 4
Strain the puree using a stainer. Discard what remains on top of strainer.
* Step 5
Add in the above-mentioned masalas to the strained puree. Add in 2 tsp oil.

Mix well To this puree mix in wheat flour, about 2 cups and knead a medium hard dough for puri
* Step 7
Smoothen the dough using a little oil. Cover dough
* Step 8
Rest dough for 10 minutes and then knead again and make portions of dough to roll the puris
* Step 9
Roll puris, slightly thicker than normal puris and keep them ready
* Step 10
Fry in hot oil on medium flame (as all veggies taken are raw)
* Step 11
Fry all and serve with curd and pickles. These make a good choice to be taken as tiffin for travels
* Step 12
These puris stay good for 2 days at room temperature
