Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil and mashed potatoes. Boil chana and drain. Boil soya chunks, drain, cool and squeeze out the extra water. Crush leftover rotis to form crumbs. Keep all masalas ready
* Step 2
Churn chana and soya chunks in mixie and mix with mashed potatoes. Add in salt and other masalas. Now add roti crumbs as required, and form a cutlet mix and form balls
* Step 3
For stuffing: Mix all the mentioned ingredients and form balls
* Step 4
Make cutets placing stuffing ball inside. Dip in slurry and roll into toast biscuit crumbs
* Step 5
Make all the cutlets, deep fry crispy. Sprinkle chat masala on each culet and serve hot with kabab chutney and mayo-ketchup dip.
