* Step 1
Combine chicken mince with remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
* Step 2
Oil hands very slightly and shape mixture into round fritters.
* Step 3
Heat the oil in a kadai and deep fry. Strain aside and keep on a kitchen towel to soak excess oil.
