Baked Dulce de leche double chocolate bread pudding

This is a delectable pudding recipe caramelized with condensed milk and tastes best when hot.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Make dulce de leche: Pour condensed milk into a bowl; set over a pot of simmering water. Cook, stirring occasionally until sauce is very thick and golden brown, about 2 1/2 hours. Add more water to the pot during cooking time, if necessary. Remove bowl; set aside to cool.
* Step 2
Make pudding:
Butter your baking dish. Spread bread slices in the dish; sprinkle with chocolate.
* Step 3
In a bowl, whisk both sugars, cocoa, and salt.
* Step 4
In a separate bowl, whisk milk, half-and-half, and eggs.
* Step 5
Dissolve coffee in vanilla; whisk into egg mixture.
* Step 6
Whisk egg mixture into bowl with cocoa mixture.
* Step 7
Pour over bread cubes. Cover loosely; let stand for 1 hour.
* Step 8
Preheat the oven to 325°F.Remove cover. Bake pudding until puffed and set in center, 50 minutes to 1 hour. Insert a small knife into the center; it should come out clean.
* Step 9
Let stand for 10 minutes. Drizzle with dulce de leche and spread evenly with a spoon. Bake at the same temperature for another 15 minutes.
