Whether you’re planning a quick snack for playtime or packing a picnic lunch, a wholesome chicken sandwich is always a hit among all children.You can introduce all sorts of veg and flavours to sandwiches more easily than just putting them on a child’s plate in the form of sandwich. Chicken always add an elegant taste to your sandwich.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Use boil and shredded chicken. In 2 tbsp vegetable oil add onions, minced garlic and sauté. Add the chicken and fry. Add mashed boiled potatoes and mix nicely. Add 1/2 tsp pepper powder and 1/4 tsp oregano. Add salt to taste. Keep stirring till the mixture is mushy and has a nice brown texture.
* Step 2
Lightly toast two bread slices on a pan. Now on one slice add a cheese slice and place sliced tomatoes and cucumber. On the other slice place a lettuce leaf and 2 tbsp of the chicken filling. Now place one slice on top of the other. Use a sharp knife to cut the sandwich giving it a bird look. Decorate and make the sandwich look attractive to your kid using some carrot and cucumber slices and your bird sandwich is ready for your kid.
* Step 3
Just ensure the chicken filling is not too soft so that the sandwich doesn’t become soggy.
