Italian Bruschetta

#cppassport #cppitaly Bruschetta is an antipasto from Italy consisting of grilled bread rubbed with garlic and topped with olive oil and salt. Variations may include toppings of tomato, vegetables, beans, cured meat, or cheese. This classic Italian appetizer is a perfect way to capture the flavors of ripened tomatoes, fresh basil, garlic, and olive oil.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl mix diced tomatoes, onions, chopped basil,cucumber with 1 tbsp olive oil, pepper powder, salt, roasted garlic and mix uniformly

* Step 2

Now cut the baguette into slices and apply butter on top and brush olive oil on the baking tray and place the bread and use grill mode for 5 minutes

* Step 3

Take out the tray and sprinkle some cheddar cheese and put back to grill mode again for 5 minutes.

* Step 4

Take out the tray and place the topping mixture on top of bread and grill again for another 5 minutes and your crispy juicy bruschetta is ready
