Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take the Hilsa fishes and wash very slowly and lightly. Make a paste of mustard seeds and poppy seeds soaked overnight with green chili and 1/4 tsp salt.
* Step 2
In a tiffin box place the fishes. Add the mustard paste, 3 tbsp mustard oil, 3 slit green chilies, and 2 tbsp curd. Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp sugar, and marinate the fish for 10 minutes.
* Step 3
Place the tiffin box in a large pot with boiling water up to half of the tiffin box and steam for 20 minutes. Cooldown and open the box and sprinkle mustard oil and serve with steam rice only.
