Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and dry the fish slices, apply the fish marinade and keep aside for 60 minutes.
* Step 2
Make a paste of curd, onion, ginger, garlic, and add all the powdered spices, mix properly and then marinade the fishes uniformly.
* Step 3
Heat the tawa and add oil and ghee and now shallow fry the fish with the marinaded paste in medium flame till fish is cooked.
* Step 4
Serve the fish roast with lemon, coriander leaves and sliced onions
