Any white fish can be used. The caper & lemon give the dish a very special flavor.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Coat the fish with the ingredients mentioned above
* Step 2
Add butter to a frying pan
* Step 3
Fry the fish and once cooked remove from the pan
* Step 4
In the same pan, add butter
* Step 5
Then add caper, cooking cream, water, lemon juice, vegetable powder, crushed garlic & salt
* Step 6
Finally add the fish to the mixture until cooked
