Homemade crispy tortilla wrap dippers
These are easy and quick to make. Are my go-to for a quick #snack and a favourite and family gatherings and parties. I noticed I had a pack of wraps in the cupboard that was past their best before date rather than throwing them away this is a great way to use up wraps. Use them for dipping or as an alternative to chips and fries.

Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Cut wraps into 8 triangle wedges. Or any shape you like. Strips also work well. I prefer triangles because they are perfect for dipping into guacamole dip.
* Step 4
Arrange on a lined baking tray and lightly sprinkle with oil on both sides. Generously sprinkle with salt and pepper.
* Step 5
Place in the middle of the oven for 10 minutes until they are crisp and lightly golden. Remove and allow to cool. As they cool they will continue to crisp.
Depending on your oven you can put as many trays of these as you can fit and rotate from the lowest shelf (coolest) to top shelve (hot) to crisp them in the cooking.
Your oven does get smoky this is fine.
* Step 6
TIP- Reusing the same parchment paper will mean every time you add a new batch you use less oil and will only oil on one side going forward
* Step 7
Don't fancy pepper? Try with Salt and Rosemary.
* Step 9
Serve with favourite dips or as an alternative to chips or crisps. Try my Gochujang dip here:
