Fried Tofu with Eggs (Perkedel Tahu) *Vegetarian
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop red capsicum, mash tofu well.
* Step 2
In a moxing bowl, crack eggs, add tofu, capsicum, salt, and peper, mix well.
* Step 3
Pre-heat frying pan with a lot of cooking oil.
* Step 4
Take tofu mixture spoon by spoon and fry it into oil, cook until both side turn golden
* Step 5
Take them out and serve them with any sauce you like.
