Masala Chai (Dum Wali)

When I was in Dubai, one of my indian friends taught me how to make this.
Ingredient

5-7 minutes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put 4 cups of water into a pot and bring to a boil.
* Step 2
Add cinnamon sticks, cloves, cardamom,ginger and saffron to the pot. Boil for a minute.
* Step 3
Add gur and patti. Boil for a minute more. Don't boil for too long or else it will become bitter.
* Step 4
Add a cup of milk. Use the same one from step 1. After adding the milk lower the flame.
* Step 5
Cover the pot with a lid for 2 min to infuse all the ingredients. (aka Dum lagao)
* Step 6
Serve hot in 4 cups and enjoy ☺️
