Three colour Karhi Pakoro with Masala Khichdi

Most people eat karhi with rice but us memons usually eat it with khichdi. My husband is Punjabi but he loves karhi with khichdi.♥️♥️♥️ #cplfinal #zafran

Ingredient

Yogurt

2 medium

Onion

1 tsp

Turmeric

1/2 tsp

Zeera

1 medium

Onion sliced

2-3 cloves

Garlic

1/2 cup

Oil

1 medium

Onion chopped

1 cup

Water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Blend all the Karhi ingredients except Curry patta in blender. Pour the mixture in pan and add Karhi patta. Add 2- 3 cups water and cook Karhi for 2-3 hours on low flame.

* Step 2

Add water in pakora ingredients and make s pakora batter then fry pakoras and put all the pakoras in Karhi......,,,,,

Take oil in pan and add onion ۔۔ Fry for 3 minutes then add other ingredients of baghar excep red chii powder when baghar is done add red chilli powder and pour it to Karhi.Serve with plain rice or Kichdi 😄😄😄😄
