Ingredient

milk

Ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

MMix the flour & salt. Add ghee milkand knead the dough with warm water. Cover and leave to rest for at least an hour.

* Step 2

Heat ghee in kadhai on high flame. Make a dough ball and roll it out with a few drops of oil..

When the ghee is hot, put the poori in and press it down a little with the spoon, and fry for a minute (both sides) and take it out.
