Simple Potato & Onion Sandwich

Simple Potato & Onion Sandwich is a yummy aTea-Time Treats. This sandwich is stuffed with a spicy mix of potatoes, onions, green chilli and coriander leaves. It is my all time favourite tea time snack

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
1. Apply butter on all 4 slices of bread. Keep aside.
* Step 2
2. Mash boiled poatoes. Chop onion, green chilli and coriander leaves in small pieces.
* Step 3
3. Heat cooking oil in a wok. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter add finely chopped onions and sauté till golden brown colour. Add green chilli and mix. Add salt and all dry masale and mix.
* Step 4
4. Add mashed potatoes and mix well. Saute for 2 minutes and switch off the flame. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix. cool it.
* Step 5
5. Now apply butter on 2 bread slices. Apply tomato ketchup. Now spread 2 tb sp potato mixture on buttered slices. Apply ketchup over other 2 bread slices. Now cover it on potato Stuffed slices.
* Step 6
6. Now shallow fry it for 2-3 minutes or till golden brown on a griddle. Flip the side and fry from other side also.
* Step 7
7. Slice the sandwich and serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
