Potato Bajji or Potato Pakora is an easy and simple savoury snack. An absolutely delicious monsoon snack Aloo pakora are soft melt-in-the-mouth fried potato fritters coated in a delicious, golden, crispy batter.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
👉Add Gram flour in a mixing bowl. Make a flowing consistency batter by adding water slowly. Add all dry masale and mix well. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
* Step 2
👉Peel, Wash and chop potatoes in rounds.
* Step 3
👉 Deep fry chopped potatoes till pink and remove it in a plate.
* Step 4
👉Coat fried potato and coat it in gram flour batter.
* Step 5
👉Heat oil in a wok. Add coated potato pieces in heated and make pakoras. Likewise make all the pakoras.
* Step 6
👉Serve hot with Tomato ketchup and greenn chutney.
